Think What You Want

This is a series of photographs which were made at Wimbledon Car Boot Sale ( Now Dead ) . As the foot traffic began to dwindle some traders, with vans selling house clearance stuff, would put sale signs out saying  “everything 50p”  – thus creating a revived enthusiasm, towards whatever junk remains. All sorts of objects turn up in this environment, and you can be sure that there will usually be someone on hand who wants, or even needs them.  Theres really no telling what might turn up at a car boot sale but it probably won’t be The Crown Jewels or the Mona Lisa. However its important to keep in mind the phrase ; One mans trash is another mans treasure.  Or ; One mans ceiling is another mans floor. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder after all.
